1968 Ford Mustang Fastback — all-weather tires or dedicated winters for mostly-plowed roads?

Most roads here get plowed quickly, but I still deal with cold mornings, slush and a few real storms each year. Trying to decide whether dedicated winters are worth storing another set. I'd rather test this logically than start replacing parts.

I'd pick the setup I'll actually live with in slush. In Los Angeles, dedicated winters on the 1968 Ford Mustang paid off more than I expected on ice, even on plowed roads. That's where I'd start. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' Worth doing even if the car feels fine right now. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.
