2004 Honda S2000 — first HPDE in a stock street car

I am doing my first beginner track day and do not care about lap records. Besides fresh brake fluid, enough pad, good tires and torque checks, what is truly necessary versus internet overkill? I am in Long Island.

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2004 Honda S2000, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. That's where I'd start. This is from a 2004 Honda S2000 in Long Island. Do that first. That's coming from doing this as an owner, not a shop. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.

Useful. I'll report back after I verify that on my 2004 Honda S2000. I'll update if anything new shows up.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2004 Honda S2000 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. That's where I'd start. That's the whole play. I'd sleep better after that step, even if it finds nothing. This is the version I'd tell a friend.

Thanks — that narrowed it. I'm going to try the simpler check on the 2004 Honda S2000 first. I'll update if anything new shows up.
