2007 Porsche Cayman S — cPO luxury SUV or brand-new mainstream SUV?

2007 Porsche Cayman S, about 48,000 miles. Budget works for either a lightly used luxury SUV or a new mainstream model with a full warranty. I'm more worried about three-to-five-year ownership cost and service downtime than the purchase price. How would you compare them? I'd rather test this logically than start replacing parts.

Private-party deals fail on paperwork, not vibes. A rushed deposit before you can inspect the 2007 Porsche Cayman is enough reason to walk. Then you'll know the next fork. This is from a 2007 Porsche Cayman in DMV / Maryland with 48,000 miles. Do that first. I've seen both outcomes, which is why I'd test instead of assume. Going to compare one more dealer before I decide.
