Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2013 Infiniti G37, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. Then you'll know the next fork. Had a similar mess a couple years ago and that's what finally sorted it. If the story changes I'll post the new data.

Following up on service history disappears for three years: still happening, but I have better notes now. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2013 Infiniti G37 in NYC, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. I'd do that before spending real money. On “service history disappears for three years,” that was the fork that mattered for me. If you share a photo of the worksheet, easier to sanity-check. That's my plan before I call anyone.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2013 Infiniti G37 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. Then you'll know the next fork. This is from a 2013 Infiniti G37 in NYC. If you share a photo of the worksheet, easier to sanity-check. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.

That's the whole play. Make the next action something you can finish this week. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.
