2013 Infiniti G37 xS — anyone else: Engine swap packaging: offset versus driveline angle

2013 Infiniti G37 xS, about 78,000 miles. Mocking up an engine/transmission in a chassis with very tight steering and footwell clearance. I can offset it slightly, but I don't want to create driveline vibration. What measurements should be locked down before making mounts? Appreciate any ideas on what to check first. Ambient temp was about 92°F when I noticed it.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2013 Infiniti G37 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. I'd do that before spending real money. Take it or leave it — that's what I'd do. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2013 Infiniti G37 in Las Vegas, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. That's where I'd start. On “anyone else: engine swap packaging: offset versus,” that was the fork that mattered for me. That's the whole play. Wrote this up on my lunch break.
