2013 Nissan 370Z — new tires are much louder than the old set

Same size and pressure, but the new tires create noticeably more highway hum. Is this usually tread pattern/compound, or should I verify balance and alignment before blaming the tire model? I would rather test this logically than replace parts. What would you check next?

Useful. I'll report back after I verify that on my 2013 Nissan 370Z. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2013 Nissan 370Z, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. Then you'll know the next fork. This is from a 2013 Nissan 370Z in Houston. Time, temperature, and whether it's in gear are the notes that actually help a shop. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.
