2015 Volkswagen Golf — vibration under acceleration but not while coasting

The car is smooth at the same road speed when I lift off, but under moderate acceleration I can feel a vibration through the floor. What would you inspect first to separate axle/driveline issues from an engine mount? I am in San Antonio. What would you check next?

I wouldn't throw parts yet. Loaded-suspension checks on the 2015 Volkswagen Golf catch play that a wheels-hanging inspection misses. You'll know quickly if you're on the wrong tree. Do that first. Video is ugly but it shows the hesitation.

That's a good start, but I wouldn't stop there. A pressure test beats staring at a dry driveway if the 2015 Volkswagen Golf is losing coolant with no puddle. If the cheap test changes it, stop and reassess. That's the whole play. Next check is the cheap one I can do in a driveway.
