2016 Ford Focus — how much does an old accident hurt resale?

Car was repaired well after a moderate accident and drives straight. I am trying to price it honestly several years later. How much do buyers usually discount history compared with equivalent clean-history cars? I would rather test this logically than replace parts.

Hard-won lesson from my last deal: Call your insurer in Central Jersey before you fall in love with the 2016 Ford Focus. I'd rather lose the car than buy a foggy deal. On “how much does an old accident hurt,” that was the fork that mattered for me. This is from a 2016 Ford Focus in Central Jersey. Verbal 'we'll take care of it' is not a plan. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

If I were shopping this, if they're pushing term length to shrink the payment, the 2016 Ford Focus price probably got worse. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. That's the whole play. Doc fee is the line I'm watching.
