2016 Subaru WRX — lower mileage or better documentation?

2016 Subaru WRX STI, about 159,500 miles. I am comparing two older enthusiast cars. One has lower mileage but thin records; the other has more miles and years of invoices. If condition is similar, how much value do you put on documentation?

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2016 Subaru WRX, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. Then you'll know the next fork. If you share a photo of the worksheet, easier to sanity-check. That's coming from doing this as an owner, not a shop. If the story changes I'll post the new data.
