2017 Audi Q7 — long crank only after filling the fuel tank

The car starts normally most of the time, but after filling the tank it occasionally cranks longer and runs rough for a few seconds. Could EVAP/purge behavior cause this, and what would you test?

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2017 Audi Q7 before a big repair or a big spend. Then you'll know the next fork. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. I'll update if anything new shows up.

This is from a 2017 Audi Q7 in Salt Lake City. Not gospel, but it saved me a headache. That's coming from doing this as an owner, not a shop. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.
