2017 Nissan Altima — infotainment became glitchy after an OTA update

2017 Nissan Altima 2.5 SV, about 161,000 miles. After a software update the screen occasionally reboots and one saved setting keeps resetting. Is there a normal post-update reset procedure owners should try before booking service? I am trying not to assume the first explanation I see online.

I wouldn't throw parts yet. If a shop can't duplicate it on the 2017 Nissan Altima, bring a video plus freeze-frame data, not just a story. That's the branch I'd chase this week. Do that first. I've seen both outcomes, which is why I'd test instead of assume. This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.
