I found a running car with cosmetic damage and deferred maintenance at a low price. Before treating it as a flip, how do you budget hidden repairs, title/registration, taxes, transport and selling time?

OP update: I tried the earlier suggestion and it only happens under that one condition. Wrote this up on my lunch break.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2018 Ford F-150 before a big repair or a big spend. Then you'll know the next fork. If it doesn't change the out-the-door or the repair estimate, it's noise. Doing the boring step first on purpose.
