2019 Audi S4 — inside shoulder worn out while outside looks fine

2019 Audi S4 Premium Plus, about 108,000 miles. The tires looked okay until I checked the inner shoulder, which is much more worn. The car is slightly lowered. What alignment measurements matter most if I want to stop eating tires? If I figure it out I will update the thread. What would you check next?
