2021 Audi A6 — infotainment became glitchy after an OTA update

2021 Audi A6 Prestige, about 78,500 miles. After a software update the screen occasionally reboots and one saved setting keeps resetting. Is there a normal post-update reset procedure owners should try before booking service?

I parked the 2021 Audi A6 and wrote down what I already tested so I'm not repeating myself. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

Yes, with one caveat: On the 2021 Audi A6 in Dallas, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. I'd do that before spending real money. Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2021 Audi A6, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. That's where I'd start. Write the result down so the next test isn't a repeat of the last one. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2021 Audi A6 before a big repair or a big spend. I'd do that before spending real money. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. I'll update if anything new shows up.
