2021 Audi A6 — pPI found $1,800 of upcoming work — second opinion before I spend money

2021 Audi A6 Prestige, about 61,500 miles. Inspection found several real maintenance items but nothing catastrophic. I still like the car. Do you treat the shop estimate as a dollar-for-dollar negotiation point or just decide whether the asking price still makes sense? I am in Florida. Mostly looking for the right next step. What would you check next?

Treat this like a math problem, not a vibe. Keep sale price, trade, and financing split on the 2021 Audi A6 so a “good payment” cannot bury a worse deal. I'd rather lose the car than buy a foggy deal. Not gospel, but it saved me a headache. This is the version I'd tell a friend.
