I've brought the car in twice for an intermittent warning and both times the dealer says no fault found. I have video and timestamps. What's the best way to document this so there's a useful service history if it gets worse? Trying to diagnose before I book a shop.

New-model numbers always look better than curb weight and tire size. If this is a 2027 reveal, I wouldn't map it onto today's 2021 BMW X5 ownership costs yet. I'd do that before spending real money. On “question: dealer says they can't reproduce the,” that was the fork that mattered for me. This is from a 2021 BMW X5 in Seattle. Parts cannon is a personality type I try to avoid. That's my plan before I call anyone.

I'd wait for the actual TSB/recall population, not the headline. If this is a 2027 reveal, I wouldn't map it onto today's 2021 BMW X5 ownership costs yet. Then you'll know the next fork. That's the whole play. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.

Software recalls make me ask how much of 'driving' lives in a module now. On a 2021 BMW X5, I'd care more about the remedy and downtime than the press wording. I'd do that before spending real money. This is from a 2021 BMW X5 in Seattle. Run the total, not the monthly, before you commit. I'll update if anything new shows up.
