2021 Hyundai Palisade — no crank with full dash power, then it starts later

2021 Hyundai Palisade Limited, about 85,500 miles. Twice I have had full lights and accessories but no crank. After waiting a few minutes it starts normally. Battery terminals look clean. What would you want to measure during the actual failure? If I figure it out I will update the thread.

If it were in my driveway, two 2021 Hyundai Palisades can feel identical and have different causes, so measure before you copy someone else's repair. You'll know quickly if you're on the wrong tree. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' I'd rather pay for diagnosis than a second guess-repair.

Tried a second charger / second scan and the story on the 2021 Hyundai Palisade didn't change. I'll update if anything new shows up.
