2021 Lexus ES — inside shoulder worn out while outside looks fine

The tires looked okay until I checked the inner shoulder, which is much more worn. The car is slightly lowered. What alignment measurements matter most if I want to stop eating tires? I would rather test this logically than replace parts. Mileage is about 18,000.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2021 Lexus ES owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. Then you'll know the next fork. This is from a 2021 Lexus ES in North Jersey. Had a similar mess a couple years ago and that's what finally sorted it. I'd sleep better after that step, even if it finds nothing. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.

Not convinced that's the whole story. If it still isn't clear on the 2021 Lexus ES, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. Then you'll know the next fork. Did the worksheet show tax yet? I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.

Thanks — that narrowed it. I'm going to try the simpler check on the 2021 Lexus ES first. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.
