2021 Range Rover Sport — extended warranty on a used luxury car

2021 Range Rover Sport HSE, about 86,500 miles. I am buying a used luxury car just outside factory warranty. Dealer is offering a service contract that is not cheap. What exclusions, labor caps, deductibles and claim rules should I read before deciding? Mostly looking for the right next step.

I'd want competing paper, not competing stories. A written buyer’s order on the 2021 Range Rover Sport is worth more than any verbal “we’ll make it work.” If they balk, that's your answer. Have you gotten a second quote in writing? Not trying to scare you — just skip the expensive first guess. PPI guy I use is booked until next week, so I'm waiting.

Walk if they won't put it on a buyer’s order. I would not wire money until I've seen the 2021 Range Rover Sport and the title situation in person or via a trusted PPI. Then the comparison gets honest. Any freeze-frame data saved? Going to compare one more dealer before I decide.
