2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 — dealer cannot reproduce an intermittent warning — trying to narrow this down

2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ 6.2, about 68,000 miles. I have brought the car in twice for the same intermittent warning and both visits ended with could-not-reproduce. I have video and timestamps. What is the best way to build a useful paper trail? I am in Orlando.

Before you spend money, on the 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, I would treat a 12V warning as a no-ignore even if the pack is full.

If it were mine, compare a couple of chargers before blaming the 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 — site sharing and pack temp change the curve a lot.

I would start here: starting SOC and battery temp need to match if you are comparing charge sessions.

Useful — I will report back after I verify that on my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500.
