2021 Range Rover Sport — windshield replaced — does camera calibration matter?

2021 Range Rover Sport HSE, about 46,000 miles. A new windshield is installed and there is no dash warning, but the shop recommends camera calibration. If the manufacturer procedure calls for it, would you do it even when lane-assist functions appear normal?

I'd want a measurement, not a hunch. Capture voltage while the 2021 Range Rover Sport is actually failing — after it restarts you've lost the clue. That's the branch I'd chase this week. Verbal 'we'll take care of it' is not a plan. Wrote this up on my lunch break.

Start with the test that can prove you wrong. A pressure test beats staring at a dry driveway if the 2021 Range Rover Sport is losing coolant with no puddle. Save the big job until that test fails. This is from a 2021 Range Rover Sport in Brooklyn with 46,000 miles. That's the whole play. This is the version I'd tell a friend.

Ask what changed right before it started. Swap the cheap/easy piece first on the 2021 Range Rover Sport and see if the fault moves. That's the branch I'd chase this week. Did the worksheet show tax yet? A day of patience here is cheaper than a wrong part. Not interested in a five-hour wait for a shrug.

On “windshield replaced — does camera calibration matter,” that was the fork that mattered for me. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' If it repeats twice more I'll book time.
