2021 Tesla Model S — rear tires are disappearing faster than expected

2021 Tesla Model S Long Range, about 56,500 miles. The car is aligned and pressures are correct, but rear tire life is much shorter than my previous gas cars. Has rotation strategy, tire choice or driving style made the biggest difference? I am in Florida.

Charge curves lie if you don't match starting SOC and temp. Match starting SOC and battery temp if you're comparing 2021 Tesla Model S charge sessions. That's where I'd start. That's the whole play. Not driving it hard until I know more.

Quick add on that: On the 2021 Tesla Model S, I'd get the 12V/DC-DC side checked even if the traction pack looks fine. Then you'll know the next fork. On “rear tires are disappearing faster than expected,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Stop there until you know. I'll poke at it this weekend.
