2021 Tesla Model S — windshield replaced — does camera calibration matter?

TowTunerCommunity StarterAug 19, 20262021 Tesla Model S Long RangeQueens
2021 Tesla Model S Long Range, about 50,500 miles. A new windshield is installed and there is no dash warning, but the shop recommends camera calibration. If the manufacturer procedure calls for it, would you do it even when lane-assist functions appear normal? If I figure it out I will update the thread.

Low-voltage gremlins will strand you even with a full pack. Try a second charger before blaming the 2021 Tesla Model S — site sharing and pack temp change the curve a lot. Then you'll know the next fork. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.

I hear you, though I'd still want a second check. Leave the alerts on the 2021 Tesla Model S so service can see what you saw. I'd do that before spending real money. This is from a 2021 Tesla Model S in Queens with 50,500 miles. Keep sale price, fees, and rate as three different conversations. I'll poke at it this weekend.
