2022 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid, about 69,500 miles. Pads and rotors were replaced recently and stopping performance is good, but there is low-speed squeal. Hardware was cleaned and lubricated. How long would you give bedding before inspecting again?

I'd want a measurement, not a hunch. If a shop can't duplicate it on the 2022 Ford Maverick, bring a video plus freeze-frame data, not just a story. You'll know quickly if you're on the wrong tree. This is from a 2022 Ford Maverick in Central Jersey with 69,500 miles. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' I already checked the easy fluid levels.

Start with the test that can prove you wrong. If a shop can't duplicate it on the 2022 Ford Maverick, bring a video plus freeze-frame data, not just a story. Save the big job until that test fails. No need to make it theatrical. That's my plan before I call anyone.

A shop burned me once by skipping that step. A day of patience here is cheaper than a wrong part. I'd rather pay for diagnosis than a second guess-repair.
