2022 Tesla Model 3 — what should a real pre-purchase inspection include?

2022 Tesla Model 3 Long Range, about 33,000 miles. I am paying an independent shop to inspect a used car. Besides a scan and putting it on a lift, what should I ask them to check so it is more than a quick state-inspection-style look? I am in Seattle.

I'd treat this like cash with a paper trail. A rushed deposit before you can inspect the 2022 Tesla Model 3 is enough reason to walk. Then you'll know the next fork. On “what should a real pre-purchase inspection include,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Write the result down so the next test isn't a repeat of the last one. This is the filter I use when the thread starts repeating itself. That's my plan before I call anyone.

I'd push back a little: Meet at a bank or dealer title office for the 2022 Tesla Model 3, not a parking lot at night. That's where I'd start. This is from a 2022 Tesla Model 3 in Seattle with 33,000 miles. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.

Keep sale price, fees, and rate as three different conversations. I've seen both outcomes, which is why I'd test instead of assume. Not letting add-ons ride along because everyone does.

Title status is the whole conversation. Meet at a bank or dealer title office for the 2022 Tesla Model 3, not a parking lot at night. Then you'll know the next fork. Verbal 'we'll take care of it' is not a plan. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.
