2023 Ford Bronco — is this actually a good used-car deal? — Queens owner

SunBeltDad163Community StarterDec 3, 20252023 Ford Bronco BadlandsQueens
2023 Ford Bronco Badlands, about 55,500 miles. The online price looks competitive, but I am trying to judge the entire deal rather than the headline number. What should I compare besides mileage, history, condition and a PPI before deciding what it is worth? I am in Queens.

Treat this like a math problem, not a vibe. A written buyer’s order on the 2023 Ford Bronco is worth more than any verbal “we’ll make it work.” If they balk, that's your answer. That's the whole play. I'd sleep better after that step, even if it finds nothing. Sleeping on the number either way.

Coming back with numbers — insurance in Queens changed the 2023 Ford Bronco comparison more than the sale price did. If the story changes I'll post the new data.

Walked a dealership this week on the 2023 Ford Bronco (55,500 miles) and the doc fee was the tell. Going to re-read the worksheet tonight.

Insurance and tax belong in the comparison, not as a surprise. A written buyer’s order on the 2023 Ford Bronco is worth more than any verbal “we’ll make it work.” If they balk, that's your answer. On “is this actually a good used-car deal?,” that was the fork that mattered for me. This is from a 2023 Ford Bronco in Queens with 55,500 miles. Just my two cents from doing this recently. I screenshotted the quote for later.

Walk if they won't put it on a buyer’s order. I would not wire money until I've seen the 2023 Ford Bronco and the title situation in person or via a trusted PPI. That's the part that actually changes the decision. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. Worth doing even if the car feels fine right now. This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.
