2023 Kia Telluride — inside shoulder worn out while outside looks fine

2023 Kia Telluride SX Prestige, about 26,000 miles. The tires looked okay until I checked the inner shoulder, which is much more worn. The car is slightly lowered. What alignment measurements matter most if I want to stop eating tires? Mostly looking for the right next step.
