2024 BMW i4 — windshield replacement created a highway whistle

A windshield was replaced and now there is a whistle around highway speed that did not exist before. Glass looks seated. Any simple way to locate the air leak before taking it back?

I wouldn't throw parts yet. If a shop can't duplicate it on the 2024 BMW i4, bring a video plus freeze-frame data, not just a story. If the cheap test changes it, stop and reassess. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. Parking it somewhere I can hear it better next time.

Yes, with one caveat: Capture voltage while the 2024 BMW i4 is actually failing — after it restarts you've lost the clue. Don't erase codes until someone who can help has seen them. On “windshield replacement created a highway whistle,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Run the total, not the monthly, before you commit. Wrote this up on my lunch break.
