2024 Jeep Gladiator — dealer cannot reproduce an intermittent warning

I have brought the car in twice for the same intermittent warning and both visits ended with could-not-reproduce. I have video and timestamps. What is the best way to build a useful paper trail?

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2024 Jeep Gladiator in Pennsylvania, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. That's where I'd start. On “dealer cannot reproduce an intermittent warning,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Verbal 'we'll take care of it' is not a plan. Wrote this up on my lunch break.

That's a good start, but I wouldn't stop there. If it still isn't clear on the 2024 Jeep Gladiator, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. Then you'll know the next fork. Learned this the expensive way on a previous car. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2024 Jeep Gladiator owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. Then you'll know the next fork. This is from a 2024 Jeep Gladiator in Pennsylvania. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. This is the version I'd tell a friend.

Thanks — that narrowed it. I'm going to try the simpler check on the 2024 Jeep Gladiator first. Doing the boring step first on purpose.
