2024 Jeep Gladiator Mojave — steering oscillation after hitting a bump

EuroSeller14Community StarterJun 30, 20262024 Jeep Gladiator MojaveSan Diego
On certain rough highway sections the steering can start oscillating after a bump. Slowing down stops it. I'm looking for a diagnostic checklist rather than just installing a stronger stabilizer. I'm in San Diego. If I fix it I'll come back and update the thread.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2024 Jeep Gladiator owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. Then you'll know the next fork. This is from a 2024 Jeep Gladiator in San Diego. Not gospel, but it saved me a headache. This is the version I'd tell a friend.

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2024 Jeep Gladiator, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. That's where I'd start. A shop burned me once by skipping that step. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2024 Jeep Gladiator before a big repair or a big spend. That's where I'd start. Take it or leave it — that's what I'd do. Worth doing even if the car feels fine right now. Doing the boring step first on purpose.
