2024 Jeep Gladiator — my model year is in a recall article but my VIN is not

News says my model year is involved, but the VIN lookup shows no open recall. Is that usually because only certain build ranges are affected, or can the databases lag?

This is usually cheaper to test than to guess. Loaded-suspension checks on the 2024 Jeep Gladiator catch play that a wheels-hanging inspection misses. You'll know quickly if you're on the wrong tree. Stop there until you know. Heat soak after errands is the other window.

If it were in my driveway, two 2024 Jeep Gladiators can feel identical and have different causes, so measure before you copy someone else's repair. You'll know quickly if you're on the wrong tree. Do that first. Checking again after work.

Asking because it changes the advice: Write temp, speed, and in-gear vs coast when the 2024 Jeep Gladiator does it — then decide on parts. Don't erase codes until someone who can help has seen them. Was this after sitting overnight? A day of patience here is cheaper than a wrong part. If it repeats twice more I'll book time.
