2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata — what changed after 100k miles?

The car has crossed 100k and still drives well. I want to stay ahead of age-related failures instead of waiting for roadside problems. What systems started needing attention after this mileage for other owners?

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata in Connecticut, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. That's where I'd start. On “5 miata — what changed after 100k,” that was the fork that mattered for me. When does it actually happen? Wrote this up on my lunch break.

I'd push back a little: If it still isn't clear on the 2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. Then you'll know the next fork. Did the worksheet show tax yet? That's coming from doing this as an owner, not a shop. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.

I parked the 2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata and wrote down what I already tested so I'm not repeating myself. This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata before a big repair or a big spend. Then you'll know the next fork. If it doesn't change the out-the-door or the repair estimate, it's noise. Doing the boring step first on purpose.

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. That's where I'd start. Have you gotten a second quote in writing? I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.
