2024 Polestar 2 — maintenance mistake that cost you the most

Most owners have one warning sign they ignored because the car still drove fine. What did you postpone that ended up causing a much larger repair? I would rather test this logically than replace parts. Mileage is about 138,000.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2024 Polestar 2 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. I'd do that before spending real money. Do that first. I'd rather be boring and correct. This is the version I'd tell a friend.

Fair point. Counterpoint: If it still isn't clear on the 2024 Polestar 2, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. That's where I'd start. Do that first. If the story changes I'll post the new data.

Not convinced that's the whole story. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2024 Polestar 2 before a big repair or a big spend. That's where I'd start. No need to make it theatrical. This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2024 Polestar 2 in New Jersey, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. Then you'll know the next fork. On “maintenance mistake that cost you the most,” that was the fork that mattered for me. This is from a 2024 Polestar 2 in New Jersey. Verbal 'we'll take care of it' is not a plan. Wrote this up on my lunch break.
