2024 Subaru WRX — how much reconditioning is worth doing before listing? — second opinion before I spend money

2024 Subaru WRX Premium, about 29,000 miles. Car needs tires soon and has a few cosmetic issues. I am not sure whether spending money first will return more in the sale price. What repairs or detailing usually pay back and what should just be disclosed? I am in Philadelphia.

I'd want competing paper, not competing stories. Ask for out-the-door on the 2024 Subaru WRX with fees, add-ons, and rate on separate lines. If they balk, that's your answer. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' Not trying to scare you — just skip the expensive first guess. Going to re-read the worksheet tonight.

I'd slow the salesperson down here. In Philadelphia, insurance quotes flipped a 2024 Subaru WRX comparison for me more than the sale price did. Then the comparison gets honest. Verbal 'we'll take care of it' is not a plan. If the story changes I'll post the new data.
