2025 BMW M3 Competition xDrive — tune transformed the car, but what should I log?

2025 BMW M3 Competition xDrive, about 118,000 miles. Running a conservative tune and the car feels great. I don't want to judge reliability by seat-of-the-pants though. Which parameters would you log periodically—fuel trims, knock, boost target, temperatures, something else? I'm in New Jersey. Trying to diagnose before I book a shop.

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2025 BMW M3, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. Then you'll know the next fork. Had a similar mess a couple years ago and that's what finally sorted it. If the story changes I'll post the new data.
