2025 Hyundai Tucson — new tires are much louder than the old set

WeekendEnthusiast189Community StarterOct 7, 20252025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid LimitedLos Angeles
2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited, about 22,000 miles. Same size and pressure, but the new tires create noticeably more highway hum. Is this usually tread pattern/compound, or should I verify balance and alignment before blaming the tire model?

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2025 Hyundai Tucson owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. Then you'll know the next fork. Any freeze-frame data saved? This is the version I'd tell a friend.

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2025 Hyundai Tucson in Los Angeles, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. That's where I'd start. On “new tires are much louder than the,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Any freeze-frame data saved? Climate here is different, so treat that as a local data point. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2025 Hyundai Tucson before a big repair or a big spend. Then you'll know the next fork. Was this after sitting overnight? This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.
