2025 Porsche Macan — dealer cannot reproduce an intermittent warning

2025 Porsche Macan Electric 4S, about 20,000 miles. I have brought the car in twice for the same intermittent warning and both visits ended with could-not-reproduce. I have video and timestamps. What is the best way to build a useful paper trail?

I'd want a measurement, not a hunch. If a shop can't duplicate it on the 2025 Porsche Macan, bring a video plus freeze-frame data, not just a story. If the cheap test changes it, stop and reassess. This is from a 2025 Porsche Macan in Raleigh with 20,000 miles. Any freeze-frame data saved? I refuse to clear codes until someone else sees them.

That's a good start, but I wouldn't stop there. Get a real battery/charging test on the 2025 Porsche Macan, not just resting voltage, before blaming a module. Don't erase codes until someone who can help has seen them. When does it actually happen? I already checked the easy fluid levels.

Yes, with one caveat: Swap the cheap/easy piece first on the 2025 Porsche Macan and see if the fault moves. That's the branch I'd chase this week. Not gospel, but it saved me a headache. If that fails I'll eat the diagnostic fee.

It did dealer cannot reproduce an intermittent warning twice this week, both times after sitting. No change in mileage feel. Cold start is when I can actually reproduce it.

Log the conditions before you spend. Capture voltage while the 2025 Porsche Macan is actually failing — after it restarts you've lost the clue. Save the big job until that test fails.
