2025 Porsche Macan — water spots keep coming back after correction

2025 Porsche Macan Electric 4S, about 24,000 miles. Paint looked perfect after polishing, but water spotting returns after outdoor washes. I do not want to keep removing clear coat. What process change would you make first? I am trying to get the facts straight before spending money. What would you check next?

This is from a 2025 Porsche Macan in NYC with 24,000 miles. Run the total, not the monthly, before you commit. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.
