Anyone else: Driver-assistance camera needs calibration after windshield

2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300, about 78,000 miles. New windshield is in and shop says the camera needs calibration. Car drives fine and no warning is showing. Would you still do the calibration immediately, and does static vs dynamic calibration matter? Any data points from owners would help.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC before a big repair or a big spend. That's where I'd start. The universe charges extra for guessing. Worth doing even if the car feels fine right now. I'll update if anything new shows up.
