Anyone else: Driver-assistance camera needs calibration after windshield

New windshield is in and shop says the camera needs calibration. Car drives fine and no warning is showing. Would you still do the calibration immediately, and does static vs dynamic calibration matter? Appreciate any ideas on what to check first.

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2024 Jeep Gladiator in Charlotte, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. Then you'll know the next fork. I'd push back a little: If it still isn't clear on the 2024 Jeep Gladiator, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. Then you'll know the next fork. Had a similar mess a couple years ago and that's what finally sorted it. If the story changes I'll post the new data.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2024 Jeep Gladiator owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. That's where I'd start. That's the whole play. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.

Not convinced that's the whole story. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2024 Jeep Gladiator before a big repair or a big spend. I'd do that before spending real money. This is from a 2024 Jeep Gladiator in Charlotte. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. Worth doing even if the car feels fine right now. Doing the boring step first on purpose.
