Anyone else: G37 runs hot at idle but cools once moving

NorthCamper68Community StarterMay 8, 20262013 Infiniti G37 xSConnecticut
2013 Infiniti G37 xS, about 4,800 miles. Temperature creeps up sitting still and drops once road speed gives it airflow. Fans appear to run, but I haven't checked actual commanded speed. Any good way to diagnose airflow versus coolant circulation without guessing? I'd rather test this logically than start replacing parts. What am I missing?

I'd slow the salesperson down here. If they're pushing term length to shrink the payment, the 2013 Infiniti G37 price probably got worse. That's the part that actually changes the decision. This is from a 2013 Infiniti G37 in Connecticut with 4,800 miles. Time, temperature, and whether it's in gear are the notes that actually help a shop. A day of patience here is cheaper than a wrong part. If the VIN lookup is clean I'm still doing PPI.
