Anyone else: Porsche Cayman purchase: how much weight do you give a borescope?

2007 Porsche Cayman S, about 96,000 miles. Looking at an older Cayman S with good records. I keep seeing buyers emphasize borescope/PPI work on this generation. For someone vetting listings, what would make you walk away before spending money on a full inspection? I'm in Austin. Trying to diagnose before I book a shop.

I'd want competing paper, not competing stories. Ask for out-the-door on the 2007 Porsche Cayman with fees, add-ons, and rate on separate lines. I'd rather lose the car than buy a foggy deal. Write the result down so the next test isn't a repeat of the last one. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.
