Dealer says they can't reproduce the problem

I've brought the car in twice for an intermittent warning and both times the dealer says no fault found. I have video and timestamps. What's the best way to document this so there's a useful service history if it gets worse? Any data points from owners would help.

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2024 BMW i4 in Central Florida, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. Then you'll know the next fork. On “dealer says they can't reproduce the problem,” that was the fork that mattered for me. If it doesn't change the out-the-door or the repair estimate, it's noise. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2024 BMW i4 before a big repair or a big spend. I'd do that before spending real money. Was this after sitting overnight? This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.
