EV tires wearing much faster than expected

2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited, about 48,000 miles. Rear tires are wearing noticeably faster than I expected even though alignment is supposedly okay. I know weight and torque don't help. Has anyone improved life with rotations, pressure changes, or a different tire without killing efficiency? If I fix it I'll come back and update the thread. What am I missing?

Don't clear the alert just to make the screen pretty. Leave the alerts on the 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 so service can see what you saw. That's where I'd start. This is from a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 in Florida with 48,000 miles. Post the numbers (or the code) and people can get more specific. Not interested in a five-hour wait for a shrug.

Charge curves lie if you don't match starting SOC and temp. Match starting SOC and battery temp if you're comparing 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 charge sessions. I'd do that before spending real money. Any freeze-frame data saved? Only after sitting overnight so far.

I'd treat 12V warnings as a no-ignore. On the 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5, I'd get the 12V/DC-DC side checked even if the traction pack looks fine. I'd do that before spending real money. On “ev tires wearing much faster than expected,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Have you gotten a second quote in writing? If your situation is the opposite, ignore me. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

OP update: scanned the 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 again and still only have the one pending code, no new lights. Not interested in a five-hour wait for a shrug.
