Inside shoulder wearing much faster than rest of tire

Front tires look fine from the outside but the inner shoulders are nearly done. Car is lowered a little. I'd rather fix the alignment than just keep buying tires—what measurements should I ask the shop for besides toe? Any data points from owners would help. What am I missing?

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2023 Audi S5, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. That's where I'd start. If it doesn't change the out-the-door or the repair estimate, it's noise. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.
