Need advice: Driver seat clicks when cornering

I can feel a small click through the seat base during left-right transitions. Bolts appear tight and the seat motor works. Anyone found a common way to isolate whether the play is in the rail, frame, or motor assembly? I'd rather test this logically than start replacing parts.

Walked a dealership this week on the 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 and the doc fee was the tell. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.

I'd slow the salesperson down here. In Charlotte, insurance quotes flipped a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 comparison for me more than the sale price did. That's the part that actually changes the decision. Parts cannon is a personality type I try to avoid. If the story changes I'll post the new data.

Get the messy numbers in writing first. Keep sale price, trade, and financing split on the 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 so a “good payment” cannot bury a worse deal. Do that before you talk monthly again. On “driver seat clicks when cornering,” that was the fork that mattered for me. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. This is the filter I use when the thread starts repeating itself. Wrote this up on my lunch break.

PPI is scheduled. I'm not depositing until I see the 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 notes. Not letting add-ons ride along because everyone does.
