Question: CarPlay disconnects at the same part of my commute

Wireless CarPlay is solid almost everywhere but drops at one intersection consistently. Is this likely RF interference, or are there settings/firmware things worth checking first? Any data points from owners would help.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2022 Volkswagen GTI owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. I'd do that before spending real money. Have you gotten a second quote in writing? Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.

Yes, with one caveat: On the 2022 Volkswagen GTI in NYC / Long Island, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. That's where I'd start. On “carplay disconnects at the same part of,” that was the fork that mattered for me. When does it actually happen? Wrote this up on my lunch break.

Thanks — that narrowed it. I'm going to try the simpler check on the 2022 Volkswagen GTI first. This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.
