Question: Porsche Cayman purchase: how much weight do you give a borescope?

2007 Porsche Cayman S, about 1,200 miles. Looking at an older Cayman S with good records. I keep seeing buyers emphasize borescope/PPI work on this generation. For someone vetting listings, what would make you walk away before spending money on a full inspection? Trying to diagnose before I book a shop.

Compare apples to apples or you'll get spun. A written buyer’s order on the 2007 Porsche Cayman is worth more than any verbal “we’ll make it work.” I'd rather lose the car than buy a foggy deal. Not gospel, but it saved me a headache. PPI guy I use is booked until next week, so I'm waiting.
