1990 Ford F-150 XLT — question: Lift is installed — what geometry needs to be rechecked?

1990 Ford F-150 XLT, about 151,000 miles. After lifting the vehicle, it drives okay but steering feels different and the wheel doesn't return to center as strongly. What alignment/geometry values matter most after a lift rather than just accepting 'green' numbers? Any data points from owners would help.

If I were shopping this, in New Jersey, insurance quotes flipped a 1990 Ford F-150 comparison for me more than the sale price did. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. When does it actually happen? Your commute and mine probably aren't the same, but the test still applies. Doc fee is the line I'm watching.
