2005 Ford F-250 — single clunk over small sharp bumps

2005 Ford F-250 6.0 Power Stroke, about 68,500 miles. There is one front-end clunk over pothole edges and driveway lips, but larger smooth bumps do not reproduce it. How would you isolate end links, strut mounts, control-arm bushings and ball joints? I am in San Antonio. I am trying to get the facts straight before spending money. What would you check next?
